At Shimmy Fest we had a great time learning hand & arm movements and floorwork from the graceful Lilik who came in from Tulsa to teach a workshop. As always the stage show was packed with wonderful acts and Meira Nawal performed to Nejma.
Springfest often goes on no matter what the weather. Unfortunately, this year, the weather was rainy. However, we struggled on with soaking veils sticking to us and hair falling in our faces, but our mascara did not run!
